Garage Beverages is a strategic Partner to a number of the world's most recognisable beverage brands. We're currently seeking a driven individual to join our growing and successful manufacturing business.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Maintenance & Stores Coordinator to support our site maintenance operations. This role reports to the Engineering & Maintenance Manager, and is responsible for managing spare parts inventory, coordinating weekly maintenance schedules, and ensuring the smooth execution of maintenance planning activities and documentation. This role is based on-site, 5 days a week at our Derrimut Manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order and receipt spare parts, ensuring timely availability for maintenance activities.
  • Manage and maintain the spare parts store layout and organisation.
  • Conduct regular stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Issuing and receiving documentation according to the maintenance plan.
  • Facilitate maintenance plan reviews with the maintenance team.
  • Provide data to support maintenance budget planning and KPI tracking.
  • Correspond with suppliers and manufacturers regarding parts and services.
  • Contractor inductions, onboarding and coordination.
  • Adhere to 5S standards in all activities.
  • Attend internal and external meetings as required.
  • Perform other tasks as allocated from time to time.

About You

You are a highly organised professional with a strong grasp of maintenance planning and inventory control. Your ability to collaborate across teams, manage supplier relationships, and maintain accurate records makes you a key contributor to operational success. You thrive in fast-paced environments and bring a practical, solutions-focused mindset to everything you do.

  • Previous experience in a similar role within FMCG, Beverage, or Manufacturing environments.
  • Results-oriented with a hands-on, pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills.
  • Comfortable working cross-collaboratively with different functions.
  • Assertive, adaptable, and creative in approach.
  • Exposure to food or beverage manufacturing is desirable.
