**Job Summary**

As a Regional Procurement Specialist you will be responsible for the support and development of Procurement strategies in Equinix's white space environment for products and services across APAC region.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the region and global Procurement Category Managers in the delivery of the category strategy, including sourcing, negotiations, contracts, catalogues, supplier reviews, savings and reporting
- Partner and co-ordinate with IBX Operations and Sales Engineering teams to ensure accurate gathering of requirements for sourcing events, technical specifications and operational requirements

**Skills**:

- Experience with supplier negotiations, contract writing, sourcing and RFx processes.
- Ensure compliance to policies, regulations and laws
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and demonstrate integrity and reliability
- Track progress, report and identify gaps, develop and present plans to address
- Possess the ability to deal effectively with pressure, multiple tasks, deadlines and rapidly changing priorities
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office (Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of Procurement experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Diploma in CIPS (or above) preferred
