**Job Description**:
**Location**: 225 St Georges Terrace, Perth

Newly created opportunity for a highly motivated and proactive **Senior Commercial Lead** to join our Resource and Industrials team, where you will provide commercial support and co-ordination across existing and new business programs, contract management, support pricing governance and develop / communicate risk mitigation strategies / options across our Minerals, Oil and Gas portfolio.

You will join a supportive and inclusive team, where we want you to collaborate and contribute to achieving great outcomes for Toll and our customers.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Maximising Toll Resources & Industrials profitability and return on capital whilst minimising risk
- Managing contracts and, preparing sub-contractor and supplier agreements, identifying and mitigating risk in new programs of work
- Financial forecasting, management & reporting on concurrent projects, and overseeing claims, disputes and contractual correspondence
- Promote a safe, positive work environment and alignment with management objectives

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Experience in a commercial/contract administration/procurement role
- Logistics industry experience across Mining, Oil and/or Gas sectors highly advantageous
- Demonstrated analytical capability and sound commercial acumen
- Proven experience in contract strategy and negotiations
- Sound accounting knowledge and internal controls capability
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction/Commercial Management, Law, Quantity Surveying
- Degree qualified in commerce, business or associated field
