We are currently seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to help shape the digital experience across our client's product by offering a compelling end user experience that makes the product intuitive, engaging, and accessible.

Previous experience required:
8+ years' experience in UI and Accessibility with a good understanding of UX and ability to defend design decisions (including UI elements, labels, their location etc.) with valid rationale (Must Have).

Prior experience designing interfaces with high volumes of complex data or experience designing solutions for projects of large scope and complexity.

Prior experience working in cross functional agile teams with PO, business stakeholders and technical delivery teams in a medium to large scale regulated organisation

Proven experience in UX research and interaction design activities.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills to articulate design decisions with valid rationale.

Strong ability to balance beautiful, trend-forward aesthetics with practical user-friendly experiences and build functionality that support accessibility.

Proven ability to hit the ground running. (Highly regarded)

Compulsively high attention to detail and consistently high-quality delivery of work.

Basic knowledge and understanding of programming concepts and languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for collaborating with developers and assisting with testing.

Experience of working across a range of operating systems and platforms such as native iOS/Android, browsers, desktop.

Experience with Atlassian product suite (desirable)

Experience with a range of visual communication platforms such as Figma, Miro, Mural etc.

Experience designing for solutions in the Healthcare industry vertical or familiar with the challenges and constraints of working in the health sector (Highly regarded)
