**The Opportunity**:
This 12-month fixed term role offers an opportunity for a suitably qualified individual to work as a Reporting Analyst within the City FM Operations supporting our partner Coles to achieve their sustainability targets.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Establish data collection processes to ensure accurate record keeping across multiple business units in alignment with protocols
- Update and maintain the asset register
- Administrator reports of collection of emissions to appropriate key stakeholders.
- Assist with new processes to automate data collection
- Communicating with the field workforce to gather supporting information
- Active participation in tasks allocated related to future development of the FM operational team

**To Be Considered**:

- Tertiary training in accounting, engineering or similar.
- Excel and Office Suite Competency - Intermediate to Advanced
- Proven organisational, planning and time management skills
- Proven verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
