Motor Claims Design Lead

**The role**

The Design & Digitisation Lead will work across the Claims Division, engaging with senior leaders to design, plan and implement initiatives to materially improve scalability, cost, control, and customer outcomes.
- Develop and implement digitisation initiatives for the Claims division, aligning with business goals. Identify key areas for improvement and propose innovative initiatives to drive efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct operational and commercial analysis to identify and quantify opportunities, developing business cases to justify investment in AI initiatives, outlining expected benefits and return on investment.
- Lead the mapping of data sources, process requirements, and customer interactions to inform the redesign of end-to-end processes leveraging digitisation and AI.
- Partner with leaders to design and deliver AI solutions that improve scalability, cost, control, and customer outcomes. Lead the delivery across data, technology and business teams.
- Evaluate and implement relevant AI capabilities (e.g., Machine Learning, NLP) to automate processes and improve efficiency, leveraging capabilities that can automate tasks, improve decision-making, and enhance the customer experience.
- Manage a portfolio of AI initiatives, ensuring stakeholder engagement, tracking, and governance documentation.

**What experience you’ll bring;**
- Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in business, commerce, data science, or technology
- 5+ years of experience in a consultancy or internal business partnering function, preferably in an operational or financial services context.
- Proven experience leading and undertaking significant process redesign projects, including analysis and design phases.
