**About the Company**

I'm representing a worldwide developer and owner of renewable energy assets, with an impressive portfolio already in operation within Australia. They have an excellent financial backing, and a realistic / achievable target of operational projects within the next 5 years.

**About the Role**

Based in Sydney with occasional visits to site, you will provide asset management support to maximise the performance of existing wind / solar farms that are in operation. It will suit an ambitious engineer / project manager who is motivated to work within the renewables industry. Direct experience is not essential although any relevant asset management experience is valuable. It's an exciting opportunity to join a small but successful team, with plenty of scope to develop your career as operations expand.

**Responsibilities**
- Maximise asset performance
- Project manage compliance of assets with development approvals and other legislative requirements
- Budget management
- Manage warranty and operations contracts for assets
- Arranging subcontractors to perform minor works and inspections
- SCADA / Data Analysis
- Liaising with landowners and general public

**Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary qualification
- Renewable experience valuable but not essential
- Motivations to develop a career in asset management
- Good commercial awareness
- Strong communication skills
