**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity available as a Merchandise Assistant within our Trend Brands team. In this role you will work alongside the following brands: AUTRY, Kappa, Superga, and Sebago. This if a full time permanent position that is based out of state-of-the-art offices in Cremorne, VIC.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Forecasting sales & purchases for core lines
- Product set up & maintenance
- Maintain range plans
- Raise purchase orders
- Liaise with logistics & supply chain team to ensure on time deliveries
- Report back on cancellations and changes to delivery dates
- Weekly reporting & analysis to support both the planning & buying functions of the business
- Manage promotional & markdown activity in the system

**To succeed in this role, you will need to have**:

- Intermediate level of Excel
- Strong analytical skills
- Someone who can hit the ground running & thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Team player
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem solve
- AP21 experience an advantage but not essential
