Join us as a Food & Beverage Team Leader in our Riverside Restaurant, where you'll create unforgettable guest experiences through exceptional service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

**A little taste of your day-to-day**:

- Ensure your team maintains consistent quality and uphold departmental standards, including financial transaction handling.
- Prepare the Riverside restaurant for service, handle guest feedback, and communicate any concerns to management.
- Assist with colleague training and development, manage scheduling, timesheets, and oversee inventory and stocktakes.
- Promote workplace health and safety initiatives, addressing hazards promptly to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Taking on ad-hoc duties to keep the service running smoothly

**What we need from you**
- Minimum 2 years Food & Beverage Service Experience
- Friendly Personality
- Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
- Time management skills, delegation, a drive for results and strong employee engagement skills.
- Neat Personal Presentation
