We are now seeking a **Quality Systems Manager - ANZ** to join our high-performing team and lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our quality systems across the region.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Lead and support the Quality Systems team to ensure compliance, audit readiness, and consistent quality processes across ANZ.
- Manage internal, customer, and third-party audits, driving timely preparation, active engagement, and effective follow-up.
- Maintain and continuously improve quality documentation and standards in line with certification and customer requirements.
- Oversee HACCP program activities and ensure food safety protocols are robust and effective.
- Deliver training and capability uplift initiatives to enhance understanding of quality systems across the business.
- Monitor and report on quality KPIs and system performance, identifying areas for strategic improvement.
- Manage and respond to customer feedback, driving improvements in quality and satisfaction.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Food Science, Quality, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior quality systems role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, proactive mindset.
- Proven track record in managing food safety systems (HACCP, BRC, SQF, etc.) and navigating complex audits.
- Ability to influence and engage across functions and levels, translating technical concepts into actionable outcomes.
- Passion for quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Pay: $85,818.07 - $158,590.76 per year
