**Tecside **is a specialist hire company seeking Team Leaders to join our clients 3PL Warehouse team located in Smithfield.

Our client is an experienced Australian-based, global logistics business with an industry-leading national network and an international reach into more than 100 countries.

This position is Monday to Friday, 7am Start.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Daily management of the business to achieve planned/budgeted KPIs, cost outcomes, safety measures and service levels
- Build and promote a team environment with a focus on working collaboratively
- Ensure housekeeping and safe working practices are adhered to, promoting safety policies and procedures on an ongoing basis
- Build and maintain professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Focus on the continuous improvement of systems and processes
- Current Forklift Licence (LF), as well as experience operating a Counterbalance and High Reach Forklift.
- Proven experience in providing guidance and direction to team members;
- Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
- A great work ethic, combined with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines;
- Strong customer service ethic
- Effective communication, problem solving skills and a continuous improvement approach;
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
