Azure Lead supports and oversees cloud-based infrastructure solutions on the Azure platform.

The Victorian Government established Labour Hire Licensing Authority (LHA) to introduce a licensing system to regulate the provision of labour hire services across Victoria. LHA undertakes a range of licensing, compliance and enforcement activities, maintains public registers and conducts research and education in accordance with the _Labour Hire Licensing Act 2018 _(Vic) (Act).

**About the role**

Reporting to the Director Information, Communications and Technology (ICT), the role of the Azure Lead supports and oversees cloud-based infrastructure solutions on the Azure platform. The Azure Lead will develop and implement processes for managing Azure resources to ensure efficiency, reliability, and security.

The Azure Lead will be responsible for working with project teams, external stakeholders and end users to define system requirements, complex implementations, custom development and tracking the overall success of the LHA Azure environment.

This role has a flexible work location with an option of Melbourne CBD or Bendigo.

**About you**
- Demonstrated experience working within Azure infrastructure, connectivity and service environments.
- Demonstrated capability and expertise in implementing network solutions and improving the efficiency of existing networks in Azure
- Effective communicator and listener, be able to build and maintain good relationships with our stakeholders
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated, keen to contribute to improving systems and processes
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills
