Based in the Enterprise Testing and IER Service team as one of our Environment Leads you will bestrategically responsible for assisting in defining and driving theBank's Enterprise environmentstrategy, architecture,and tooling for our testing environments. In this role you will interact and influence the Technology & Transformation Program stakeholders by providing Information Security input, options, and recommendationsrelatedto environment processes,tools, architecture,customer needs, and projects.

**As an Environment Lead, you'll get to...**
- Manage the provisioning of environments as needed by delivery teams within one release.
- Manage the code retrofits from latest codebase.
- Ensure that the Environments and associated services are maintained, reliable, and delivered in accordance with customer expectations.
- Work with release managers and delivery teams to define code-drop schedule.

**About you**

You will have experience in environment management or a detailed understanding of environment management best practices using cloud technology.

**You'll have**:

- Experience with environment provisioning and tooling.
- An ability to adapt proactively to customer/stakeholders needs and manage expectations.
- You'll be able to build effective relationships with senior stakeholders and the ability to influence when required.
- Experience using agile tools (eg JIRA, Confluence)
- Know of DevOps pipelines and utilisation of the following tools:

- GITLAB
- Terraform
- Urban Code Deploy
- Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure & GCP)
- Plutora
- Delphix
