Nursing Centred Care Australia is seeking dedicated and compassionate **Female Support** **Workers** to join our team in **Reynella, SA**. The participant requires **intermittent catheterisation support** as part of her personal care routine, along with general assistance in daily living activities.

This is a casual position offering flexible hours to support your lifestyle and work-life balance.

**About You**

We’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about making a difference in others’ lives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Provide personal care, including intermittent catheterisation support**:

- Assist with daily living tasks and promote independence
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation
- Communicate effectively with the participant and care team
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment at all times

**Essential Criteria**:

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability, Aged Care or equivalent)
- **Proven experience in personal care and catheterisation (training evidence required)**:

- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- COVID-19 Vaccination (as per current health requirements)
