The Goulburn Residential Care home is a 160 bed home sharing the grounds with Warrigal Community Village, a peaceful setting situated in the beautiful Southern Tablelands.
**About the role**:
Using your clinical experience, motivation, excellent leadership and communication skills you will provide clincial leadership to ensure the delivery of high quality clinical and person centred care for our customers.
**To be successful you will need to have**:

- Registration to practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- At least five years full time work experience as an RN, with experience in a senior management role
- Extensive knowledge of the operational and clinical functions of an Aged Care home
- Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate, lead and work in a multi disciplinary team, promoting a postive work environment
