Located in the regional location of Goulburn NSW, our client is seeking a qualified RN with experience in a Residential Manager position to provide exceptional management support while working with a supportive care team at this facility.

This facility is a large 105-bed, residential aged care facility with both low and high care residents featuring dedicated nursing educators on-site to ensure you develop in your career

**The Role**:

- Located in Goulburn, NSW
- Provide clinical leadership to nursing and care staff that supports and ensures continuing professional development
- Be responsible for the management of the facility in line with their policies
- Large 105 bed facility offering all levels of care to residents
- Responsible for conducting the meetings for all clinical, operational and financial initiatives
- Seek and develop innovative and continuous improvement plans
- Clinical Care Managers, Operational and Financial management staff will be reporting to you
- Lead and develop the communication process across all departments within the facility

**Requirements/Skills**:

- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Experience working as a facility manager or centre manager in Aged Care
- Registered Nursing qualification
