**About the role**

MacKillop’s Out of Home Care (OOHC) Division provides residential care, home based care, lead tenant and case management support for young people with high and complex needs, and a therapeutically oriented program for young people in protective placements.

**This is a Permanent Full-time (38 hours per week) opportunity based in Footscray within our Children Youth & Family Services Program. The position reports to the Home Based Care Coordinator.**

**Key Selection Criteria**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Appropriate tertiary qualifications.
- Professional casework skills, including knowledge of LAC and CIRSSP/CRIS.
- Sound professional knowledge and theory base.
- Ability to participate collaboratively and constructively within teams of peers, staff, and other stakeholders, as well as initiative and effective personal judgement when working alone.**For a full listing please view the Position Description at the bottom of this page.**
