Crest Dry Cleaners is a family owned & operated business based in Geelong, and has numerous store locations.

Due to company growth, an opportunity has arisen for a customer service staff member. We're looking for someone with outstanding customer service skills who is friendly, outgoing and energetic to work the front counter.

Casual Position - 20-30 Hours Per Week

Key Duties include, but not limited to;
- Tagging, detailing and invoicing all garments and household items.
- Greeting and assisting customers with their orders
- Assemble the orders once cleaning is finalised
- Liaising with dry cleaner/s and pressers
- Track orders and communicate with customers accordingly
- Invoicing clients through point of sale computer system (POS)
- Educating customers on fabrics and garment care

To be successful in the role, you will hold the following;
- Professional customer service and communication skills
- The ability to multi-task
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a busy environment
- Work within a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Background in customer service is advantageous

**Job Type**: Casual

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
