**Superstar Disability Support Worker**

Do you have a heart for helping others, a great sense of humor, and the skills to back it up? We’re on the lookout for a **fantastic Support Worker** to join our team and make a real difference — all while keeping things positive, empowering, and (yes) fun.

**About the Role**:
You’ll be supporting amazing individuals with a range of disabilities in their day-to-day lives — helping with home tasks, encouraging independence, and maybe even sharing a laugh or two. This is a job for someone who’s practical, patient, and passionate about people.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Assisting with everyday tasks like cooking, cleaning, or organizing
- Supporting clients with different physical or intellectual disabilities in a respectful and person-centered way
- Offering caring and empowering personal support (as needed)
- Being a friendly companion and cheerleader for life’s small (and big) wins
- Helping maintain a safe, calm, and happy home environment

**You’ll Be a Great Fit If You**:

- Have previous experience in disability or community support
- Are a great communicator who’s empathetic and down-to-earth
- Can think on your feet and roll with life’s ups and downs
- Respect boundaries, encourage independence, and know how to listen

**Bonus Points For**:

- Current Driver’s Licence & reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Relevant qualifications in Disability, Mental Health, Aged Care, Individual Support, or similar (preferred)
