**DSC Personnel is sourcing a Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in Rydalmere**
**In this role you will be working closely with the Branch Operations & Service Manager to ensure good service levels are being met. It will be a mixed position of on site servicing, assisting in running the branch to achieve targets and prioritising client satisfaction.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and develop existing business relationships
- Site visits for Business Development and WHS compliance
- Meeting sales targets and KPI’s
- Supervise and train staff internally
- Up-selling and monitor client satisfaction with service
- Understand the client’s business needs, company culture, processes and WHS standards and requirements
- Maintain client and employee database
- Servicing client orders and requests
**Selection Criteria**:
- Recruitment industry experience in both Blue and White collar preferred
- Excellent written and verbal skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong phone manor
- Able to multi-task
- Able to work in a team environment
- Ability to problem solve and work in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced computer literacy
