Your role at St John of God Healthcare at Home

This role will be actively involved in the upcoming rebranding of the service and will work closely with marketing and communications team. You will engage with internal and external key stakeholders to raise the profile of the service and will organise, attend and evaluate community events.

The Position- Develop best-practice stakeholder engagement plans that are designed to engage and influence key stakeholders in the local area.- Build and maintain relationships with a broad variety of stakeholders including primary care services, NGOs, community support services in the Perth North and Perth South regions.- Support engagement that is transparent, equitable and accessible, with adequate opportunities for stakeholders to provide feedback.- Support trusting and collaborative relationships with stakeholders (both internal and external) and support fellow caregivers toward stakeholder engagement activities.- Provide support and expert advice on matters pertaining to our stakeholders and their roles, as well as emerging issues and business opportunities.- Work in conjunction with the Social Outreach Marketing and Communications Team to ensure the engagement plans align to the brand values and identity of Head to Health services.- Identify issues, risk and opportunities and provide appropriate strategies to mitigate.

You will have significant experience in stakeholder engagement, building and maintaining relationships and working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. This role requires strong written & verbal skills and ability to organise workloads to meet deadlines.

Successful applicants must have a valid WA drivers licence, current Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance.

We can offer you- Salary: $94,744 to $98,193 Superannuation- Permanent full-time, working 38 hours per week- Salary packaging up to $18,550 on a range of benefits such as mortgage, rent, meal entertainment, holiday accommodation or other everyday living expenses as well as options to salary package benefits above the FBT cap on items such as:
