Your work as an Intake Specialist directly impacts our participants' journey to achieving greater independence, confidence and quality of life. You’re the friendly guide, the problem-solver and the organiser who makes everything run smoothly so our clinicians can focus on delivering exceptional care.

**Your role**:

- Full time, permanent position.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday from 10.30am to 7pm QLD time.
- During the hours of 5pm-7pm, you'll be working independently, in line with our lone worker policy. Rest assured, you'll have all the support and resources you need to feel confident and comfortable in this arrangement.
- Schedule and arrange appointments for our team; keeping things running smoothly.
- Set up service agreements, conduct risk assessments and manage waitlists.
- Keep our database up to date and help with documentation.
- Work closely with our regional managers and supervisors to coordinate bookings for new starters.
- Provide excellent customer service while supporting the people who need us most.

As we support vulnerable people in the community, you must have or be willing to obtain a National Police Check, a Blue Card and a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
