An exciting opportunity exists to begin your career with the Fair Work Ombudsman (FWO) as a Fair Work Adviser (Adviser). As an Adviser you will assist a diverse range of members of the Australian public, while working in a high energy contact centre environment.

The FWO provides both employers and employees with complex information on wages, leave, COVID-19 workplace laws and other entitlements over the phone and in writing. Advisers are highly trained in Australia’s workplace relations system, and become industrial relations experts.
