**The Opportunity**

At Gentrack, we're on a mission to transform the world through cutting-edge technology solutions. We're currently seeking a dynamic **Release Manager** to play a pivotal role in optimizing our release management process for our next-generation software (g2).

As a Release Manager, you will be instrumental in implementing automated deployments across our services catalogue, ensuring efficient, well-documented, and well-executed release management practices. **The Specifics**
- Lead the optimization of our release management process for our innovative g2 software.
- Implement automated deployments across our services catalog to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure well-documented and well-executed release management practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, fostering an inclusive work environment.
- Actively mentor and support team members in mastering best practice release management.

**What We're Looking For**
- A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Release Manager or in a related role.
- Proven track record of managing complex software release lifecycles.
- Experience working in Agile software development environments.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and related tools and technologies.
- Capability to analyze and streamline existing processes for continuous improvement.
- Ability to creatively solve problems and take initiative.
