**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing, stock control, and cash handling
- Lead and supervise staff to ensure smooth store performance
- Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and compliance with tobacco regulations
- Handle inventory, deliveries, and supplier communication
- Monitor sales performance and meet weekly targets

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of retail or tobacconist management experience
- Must know how to use Lightspeed POS system
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Honest, punctual, and responsible with cash handling
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays if requireds
- Good **English** communications skills is a MUST
- **Chinese** and **Vietnamese** speakers are highly regarded
