**Salary**: $118,500 per annum plus superannuation

ZORA MGMT Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced full time Management Consultant. We are a Sydney based Business Management & Consultancy specialising in offering consultancy services to clients in the hospitality, events, residential, concierge and corporate sectors. We assist business owners improve their business operations, systems, and processes. As a management consultant, you will work with our clients and other business-related entities to identify and solve business challenges, and help the businesses grow and improve their performance by providing them with expert advice and services. The position attracts a base salary of $118,500 plus superannuation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyse business problems and develop improvement plans.
- Conduct research and analyse data to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
- Analyse and evaluate staff practices, current systems and structures aiming for growth and improvement.
- Help clients and business-related entities implement new processes, procedures, and strategies that promote organizational growth.
- Identify and achieve specific goals, such as cost reduction, personnel efficiency, and intelligent use of organisations' resources.
- Guiding clients towards optimal organizational design and crafting solutions to address administrative issues.
- Devising and proposing modifications to processes and procedures, streamlining workflow, redefining roles, and responsibilities, and providing solutions to organizational challenges.
- With business strategy development, improve organisational culture and personnel professional development to maintain client satisfaction.
- Provide training and support to clients and business-related entities to ensure they make the most of the changes implemented.

Skills or Experiences Required:

- Possess at least a relevant bachelor’s degree qualification.
- Have at least 2 years full time experience in a comparable role
- A keen eye for detail, analysis and problem solving.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience developing and implementing processes and procedures for various clients and/or businesses.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and ability to work independently but efficiently connecting with people and work-teams.
- Experience and/or certified Auditor - ISO is a plus.

**Salary**: $105,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
