**Build & Maintain our Partner Ecosystem** - **Exceptional Growth Prospects** - **$100,000 plus Super plus Uncapped Bonus Potential** Our Strategic Partnerships Development Manager will build the third party ecosystem around the ‘Super Easy’ network for B2C and B2B customers in Australia. You will lead local partnerships within a variety of industries including; removalists, real estate, builders and more as your passion for strategic thinking and operational excellence expand across the home service based verticals. Working closely with, and to develop our national franchise network, you will refine our service offering to best align with diverse stakeholder objectives. We will look to your deep experience managing channel partnerships, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to build our service delivery partner program from the ground up. You will be proactive in identifying and engaging referral partners that introduce clients to Super Easy Storage and (where appropriate) developing those partners into Super Easy Franchisees. You’ll use your connections and prior experience to set, meet and hold phone and face-to-face appointments with potential partners. You’ll have complete autonomy when it comes to prioritising accounts, negotiating offers and crafting campaign structures that suit all stakeholders. We're a "best of both worlds" kind of company. We offer flexibility in working hours and encourage you to find your own balance between your work and personal lives. **Key Duties and Responsibilities**: - Prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, contacting, consulting with, and closing deals through established networks, new and existing relationships, independent research, and our bespoke lead generation pipeline - Update our CRM with opportunity enquiry details received through all channels - Meet with prospective partners and present the Super Easy network as a solution for their business in order to help their own businesses thrive - Negotiate the critical elements, taking ownership of the contracting process, dealing with minimums, discounts, and service level agreements - Close deals via consultative selling strategies that reach partners’ desired outcomes and maximise profit for the business - Exceed minimum targets and KPI's, as set by management - Act as the point of contact for issue escalation within the Customer Services teams, responsible for converting enquiries to jobs, issues assessment, identification of resolution options, impact evaluation, management information, tracking and resolution - Complete and communicate weekly and monthly reporting, identifying and resolving deficiencies and engaging various stakeholders on the collective journey - You’re passionate, energetic & an innovative commercial thinker - You’re analytical and possess adept problem solving skills - You’re commercially focused and able to make the most of the resources available to generate tangible results - You’re adaptable and able to think on your feet; when faced with new challenges or tough conversations, you face them head-on - You’re driven to exceed sales targets and lead by example - You have recent experience in new-business hunting, are comfortable cold calling and have a track record of success in a KPI driven sales environment - You have excellent verbal, written and influencing skills that empower you in negotiations where business outcomes and financial acumen are paramount - You have the ability to run quickly with little supervision and adapt to a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment **Salary**: $90,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Work from home Schedule: - Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: - Performance bonus Application Question(s): - How many years of Building and Managing Channel Partnerships experience do you have? **Experience**: - Business development: 3 years (required) Work Authorisation: - Australia (required)
