We are now seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager to join our Australian Designer client in their Parramatta boutique. Our client is an Australian Designer label that celebrates the wearer. This brand is the epitome of modern, cool and confident Australian Design.

As an Assistant Boutique Manager, you will be required to assist the Boutique Manager to create a collaborative and driven work environment that commits to achieving the retail objectives. Whilst assisting to manage the operations of the store you are required to support your team to deliver an exceptional and unique experience to customers.

- Have experience in Stock management

**Key Responsibilities**:
Customer Experience
Continually develop new customer relationships while maintaining existing relationships
- Maintain an exceptional standard of customer service in line with the company standards
- Observe customer service skills on the floor and provide on-the-spot feedback to team members.
- Coach and lead all team members on all aspects of delivering an exceptional customer service experience
- Ensure the store floor is well-zoned when needed to create a seamless experience in store
- Contact customers with the launch of a collection and each major delivery
- Conduct styling workshops regularly to ensure teams are skilled to provide styling in-store with the latest collections

Finance and Budgets
Maintain a store budget spreadsheet and continually identify opportunities to improve performance
- Understand and assist with roster that meet both the sales versus salary budgets and the requirements of the business
- Approve daily timesheets for staff on time for weekly payroll
- Manage all store expenses including garment repairs, store and wardrobe dry-cleaning and stationery orders in line with company guidelines

Team Motivation and Team Success
Develop awareness of what drives each team member to assist in motivating each person
- Understand daily/weekly/monthly budgets to ensure targets are assigned accurately
- Utilise and develop appropriate selling tools for assistance in maintaining targets
- Assist to implement an efficient routine for the team by prioritising daily/weekly/monthly tasks
- Develop awareness of team members' strengths/weaknesses to assist in the delegation of tasks

Stock Management
Assist to manage stock room and store stock volumes
- Complete stock takes as requested by Regional Manager
- Ensure all new deliveries are processed efficiently
- Understand the Visual merchandising guidelines to ensure store standards are kept up to standard and create positive sales
- Ensure all stock exits and stock moves are done in a timely and accurate manner
