**The firm**:
A growing yet small close knit organisation based in Parramatta, working in the Personal Injury and Workers Compensation space. They pride themselves on their people and the ability to grow their staff and adapt the working world to their teams lives while bettering the lives of their clients.

**The role**:
Due to the firms growth an opportunity has arisen for a star assistant to join their team and support the lawyers ensuring optimal client service and administrative deliverables.
- Preparing briefs
- Collating, drafting, and editing documents
- Filing and archiving
- Opening and closing matters
- Administration of matters including invoicing
- Overseeing correspondence
- Answering calls
- Supporting meeting and appointment organisation
- Liaison with barristers, clients, and companies
- Ad-hoc duties as need be

**Are you the one**:

- Team player attitude
- Excellent eye for details
- At least 2 years' experience as a secretary
- Can work autonomously or in a team environment
- Great computer skills
- Understanding and compassionate personality
- Want to join a growing and engaged organisation
