We are seeking a **Social Media Marketing Assistant **who lives and breathes these values and has a proven ability to bring out the best in every situation. You will be a "natural all-rounder" with a creative flair who is available 1-2 days a week, with potential to increase hours over time. **The Opportunity** You will assist us to create amazing content which showcases the quality of our work and our amazing patient experience. Plus, you will engage with our customers on social media, and our local community, including schools and sporting clubs. Our practices are all very boutique offering a "spa-like" experience with a full range of general and cosmetic dentistry. Reporting to the Directors and working closely with our dentists and dental practitioners, this is an exciting opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing dental group and progress you career in marketing, business and health. You will visit a different practice each week as you create content for the practice group, with the option/freedom to work from home on your other days while you edit & design. You must have the ability and confidence to get things started, and influence others to get involved in the fun. **About The Role** Your role will involve: - Creating content for reels, ads and socials - Managing our social media accounts - Developing a social media content calendar - Basic graphic design (i.e., Canva) - Writing short blogs and helpful tips **About You** - A demonstrated flair with social media & design - Outgoing and presentable with a professional but fun manner - A positive work ethic and a “can do” attitude - Excellent writing skills & attention to detail - no typos - Ability to be proactive, be "self-taught" and take leadership **How To Apply** We request our applicants to write a dedicated Cover Letter telling us why this is the role for you.
