**About the position**
Velocity Truck Centres is seeking an Associate Business Manager to become an integral part of our Dealership team. Your objective will be to fast-track your learning and to collaborate with the sales teams to reach company goals and targets with the support and guidance of the General Manager - Financial Services and the broader financial services team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Attain and retain accreditation with all VVGA approved lender partners
- Take a proactive approach to your learning, to become a Business Manager within 12-18ths
- Ensure compliance with the credit laws and VVGA’s policies & procedures and with the Australian Privacy Principles
- Work closely with the sale team(s) to maximise truck sales volume & finance income per retail unit
- Provide coaching of finance products to the sales team
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business sales KPIs
- Build and maintain trust and working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Qualify internal and external customer requirements

**About you**

- Previous relevant experience would be desirable
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and productive working relationships at all levels
- A proactive approach to providing customer centric solutions
- Enthusiasm and passion for delivering a great customer experience
- High level of integrity and professional presentation
- Ability to meet and exceed KPI’s
