Junior Supply Chain Analyst

**IN A NUTSHELL**
Since Bellroy launched with a range of five wallets 12+ years ago, we've shipped carry goods to 172 countries from warehouses on 3 continents, sold out of 1100 doorways and now release about 50 products a year (give or take). We are proud of the products we put out into the world, and our Operations team is essential in making sure they can reach our customers, wherever they may be.
As our Junior Supply Chain Analyst you'll be working closely with our Sales and Demand Planning team to make sure orders and inventory levels are tracked and reported correctly. You'll work to better understand and optimise our supply chain costs across different platforms. You will work closely with our Digital Content Management team to understand and optimise our Amazon performance. You'll maintain a good collaborative relationship with our third-party logistics partners to create, track and improve their KPIs. You will monitor our freight costs, shipping times and warehouse performance.

**YOU COULD BE THE ONE, IF YOU**
- Want to learn about and work within Supply Chain and analysis. You might have recently graduated with a supply chain degree or looking to use your skills acquired elsewhere in this area (we are open to different backgrounds)
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and logical, careful decision-making within your known areas
- Are organised and analytical, with great attention to detail
- Know your way around a computer and love a good spreadsheet
- Want to work collaboratively in a team within a fast-paced, agile environment
- The desire to work for a company that cares about doing good things for the world
**IF YOU WERE HERE LAST WEEK YOU MIGHT HAVE**
- Worked through a weekly check on our Amazon Account Health, making sure our shipping performance, policy compliance and customer service performance are all at the standard they should be
- Created an audit of our Amazon fees
- Suggested new ways of managing stock levels within our digital marketplaces.
- Had a meeting with our warehouse manager to discuss their KIPs and performance.
- Checked in with our Logistics Manager, to share your analysis on freight costs per country.
- Completed compliance documentation for a new digital marketplace in Japan.
- Researched local delivery options in south east asia
- Attended weekly meetings with our transaction team to talk through current projects.
- Sat in on one of our Friday afternoon lightning talks, and learnt something new.
