- Excellent referral practices close by to work up any case that is outside your comfort zone.
- Modern, top of the range equipment including IDEXX in-house haematology and biochemistry, Digital X-Ray, Dental Xray, a new laser therapy machine and all the usual toys. We would be open to making equipment purchases for special interests.

**About the Team**:

- You’ll be working with terrific support staff and experienced veterinary nurses who are eager to welcome a new Practice Manager.
- Out team collaborate, encourage and respect each other. We are passionate about providing high standards of veterinary care and client service. We come to work to do what we enjoy - helping improve the lives and well-being of our patients, and in turn doing the same for their owners.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Supporting and guiding the team - Career care planning, supporting and promoting healthy working relationships
- Ensuring smooth day to day running of clinic
- Stock management, rostering, and other administration tasks
- Managing business financials such as budgeting and P & L reporting - can be junior or have a desire to learn in this area
- Identify staff training needs and implement plans to achieve these.
- Local marketing activities
- Growth mindset
- Pending working hours, some Nursing or reception duties will also be occasionally required

**Who you are**:

- A certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent qualification is ideal but not essential
- Empathy, compassion, and a willingness to provide gold-standard care
- A warm and friendly personality
- Strong interpersonal skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- We are looking for a person with an eye for detail that is organised and efficient and has excellent time management skills
- Previous management experience desirable but not a deal breaker
