You will be responsible for maximising the overall efficiency and profitability of the surgery and contributing to our high standards of care.

The role of Practice Manager will include:

- Managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic,
- Ensuring the client experience is excellent,
- Recruitment, rostering and management of staff development,
- Implementation and maintenance of uncompromising standards of care,
- Promoting and upholding the surgery vision and values,
- Leading and developing the team and maintaining a positive workplace culture,
- Creating and implementing local marketing initiatives,
- Monitoring monthly financial and team performance and implementing actions to encourage improvement.

About the practice:

- We are located centrally on the Sunshine Coast - a short distance to excellent beaches for people and dogs, weekend markets, the river and the hinterland.
- We believe in flexibility and maintaining a work/life balance for all staff.
- We are open 8am - 6pm weekdays, and Saturday 8am - 12pm.
- We are a friendly team of 15 full-time and casual staff.
- We have 3 consult rooms, well-equipped operating theatre and wet rooms, up-to-date dental and general xray equipment and in-house Idexx lab.
- We utilise EzyVet software

This is a varied and diverse role with the opportunity to grow your skills and maximise your potential. Remuneration will be commensurate with the experience and skills that you will bring to the team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $60,921.00 - $72,000.00 per year
