We are a private family seeking a capable, caring, and professional individual or couple to provide live-in support on our beautiful property in the heart of Bli Bli, Sunshine Coast.

This is a flexible full-time position that would ideally suit someone, or a couple with complementary skills, who enjoy a mix of hands-on work, practical care, and creating a welcoming home environment.

About the Role

The role involves a combination of:


• Preparing nutritious, high-quality meals for the household (chef-level or strong home cooking skills essential)


• Providing general care and support to family members


• Overseeing day-to-day routines and household tasks


• Managing medication administration and liaising with healthcare professionals if needed


• Maintaining a tidy, organised, and comfortable home

About You

You (or you and your partner) will bring:


• Experience in one or more of the following: professional cooking, nursing, aged care, or personal support


• Strong organisational and communication skills


• A caring, patient nature with a calm and professional approach


• The ability to take initiative and work independently while being respectful of family privacy

Couples with complementary skills — for example, one with a nursing background and the other skilled in cooking or household management — are encouraged to apply.
