Creative Digital Designer

**The opportunity**

The Marketing function is critical in understanding our customers, their needs and aspirations. This function is responsible for developing compelling solutions, offers and experiences for our customers.

The Creative Digital Designer is responsible for the day-to-day creation and execution of digital collateral. The Digital Designer will be responsible for concepting and creating digital content for marketing, advertising, social media, events, and both internal and external communications.

**How you will make an impact**
- Answer detailed creative briefs with strong strategic visual communications which stretch across digital formats and to print as required
- Provide creative solutions to solve business problems; you thrive in a fast-paced studio, you’re a passionate team player, with an ability to juggle multiple creative projects and hit deadlines.
- Basic knowledge in cross device design including websites, mobile sites, tablets and touch screens (responsive design)
- Be a brand custodian and ensure the creative team is delivering to the brief with creative that is the best it can be

**What you will bring to the role**
- 5+ years’ experience in an agency or in-house setting
- Tertiary qualifications in Digital Communications, Multimedia, or equivalent industry experience
- Knowledge of digital/screen best practices, HTML5, CSS, JQuery, DoubleClick Studio, W3C compliant coding techniques including media queries, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility
- Advanced Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, etc
- Experience with Google Studio, Campaign Manager and Google Web Designer
- Experience across financial services industry favourable plus across multiple categories
- Excellent organizational skills, with ability to adapt to new ways of working fast
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Exceptional attention to detail, a hunger to upskill and learn new things with a growth mindset
