This role is pivotal in a fast-moving team that's passionate about creating beautiful, elevated design with purpose.
- Develop innovative, high-impact creative for Meta ads, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms with an instinct for what performs in a digital-first landscape.
- Collaborate closely with the wider Content Marketing team, working independently with copywriters to develop, concept and pitch innovative digital content ideas.
- Take full ownership of design projects, from briefing through to final delivery; including internal sales decks, wholesale lookbooks, and other marketing collateral.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback and guidance to junior creatives.
Key requirements:
- 5+ years experience in a graphic design or art direction role, ideally within eCommerce, fashion, editorial, or lifestyle brands.
- A strong portfolio of brand-led creative work, with a clear emphasis on social-first design and performance content.
- Excellent visual storytelling ability and understanding of what captures attention in a fast-scrolling environment.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator a must), Figma, and digital content production tools.
