**Accountabilities**:

- Designing eDM/website graphics/social media artwork (including digital advertisements).
- Develop and design graphic content, illustrations, and infographics.
- Support the Creative Design Manager with various creative tasks to support the wider organisation with all creative requests/requirements.
- Work cross-functionally with campaign managers, designers, and copywriters to align on campaign needs.
- Publish and distribute digital content, i.e. on YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Thinking creatively and developing new design concepts, graphics, and layouts for marketing material, such as flyers, brochures corporate presentations and related collateral.

**About you**:

- Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple departments and manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, and an ability to work to tight deadline
- Excellent team communication and collaboration skills
- Strong understanding of fundamental design principles, layout, hierarchy, usability, and typography
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet short deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise
- Familiarity with all social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Linkedin
- Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Programs, specifically PowerPoint.
