**Össur Australia has an exciting opportunity within the Customer Care Team in North Parramatta, NSW. Working Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm.**

**What is the role?**
- Processing of orders with a high level of speed and accuracy
- Managing queues to ensure all orders are processed within required time frame
- Ensuring an efficient and high level of service is provided to all customers
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure all targets are meet for the day

**Skills and experience**
- Previous Experience in a Data Entry role is a must
- Advanced attention to detail whilst maintaining a high level of speed;
- Experience in Navision software preferred;
- Experience in Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
- Advanced prioritization and time management skills;
- Sound verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to provide a high level of service to external and internal stakeholders
- Strong work ethic, ability to drive for results and focus on outcomes
- High ability to show initiative and be proactive
