**Dual Role: 2IC / Small Friends Childcare & Education Kialla, VIC Full-time Role**

**About the Role**:
As an 2IC, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and leading our new childcare center. You will collaborate with the Service Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, aligning with company policies and procedures while meeting compliance and operational targets. You will serve as a beacon of creativity and innovation, inspiring and leading a team of Educators to create a positive and enjoyable work environment. In this role, you will craft and implement engaging learning programs and work collaboratively, all while offering steadfast support and motivation to your team of Educators. Building excellent relationships with families, children, and team members will also be a key aspect of your role.

**What You'll Need**:

- Diploma in Children's Services
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a current Second in Charge role
- Profound knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR certificates, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Confidence in communicating with all levels of management
- Exceptional ability to inspire, motivate, and foster a positive culture within our new center
