**Position**: Childcare Centre Director

As the Childcare Centre Director, you will be at the helm of our ship, steering our center towards excellence. Your role will encompass:
**Child Development**: Ensuring the physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being of every child in our care, fostering a loving and supportive environment.

**Educational Leadership**: Developing and implementing a curriculum that engages young minds, promotes creativity, and ensures a smooth transition into formal education.

**Team Building**: Leading, motivating, and guiding a team of dedicated educators, fostering a harmonious and collaborative work environment.

**Compliance**: Upholding all legal and regulatory requirements, including the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.

**Innovation**: Continuously seeking ways to enhance our childcare center's offerings and adapting to the evolving needs of our children and their families.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in childcare center management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- A deep passion for childhood development and a commitment to quality care.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $112,000.00 per year
