The Role

Our Docklands office is the hub for our corporate functions within the Bega Group. You’ll enjoy lots of natural light and great facilities to take advantage of including a fully stocked fridge loaded with a range of Bega products We are right next door to Marvel stadium and some of Melbourne’s best restaurants, cafes and bars.

As a Program Manager you will have responsibility for a variety of cross functional complex projects and programs which have direct links to high level business strategy.

This role is a highly visible position playing a pivotal part in ensuring the long-term success of the business through creation of the program vision and planning documents and manages the integration, implementation, reporting, and performance of the overall program with the expectation of delivering on time, within budget, and to scope.

**Responsibilities**:
- Full end to end project lifecycle management from analysing business needs through to solution design, delivery, and post implementation analysis- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders- Manage project communications including escalation of issues and risk mitigation within teams- Negotiate and manage deployment of project resource budgets, providing forecasts and presenting variances accordingly.- Provide program progress updates at steering committees

About you- Experience in delivering highly complex projects with a large number of interdependencies- Strong influencing capability across a wide range of stakeholders - leading complex problem solving by engaging SME knowledge and expertise- Demonstrated experience in to communicating complex ideas and solutions and support change at various of the business- Commercial mindset with ability to challenge decisions ensuring the best possible outcomes are achieved- Understand how to effectively prioritise and optimise resources using collaboration to achieve strategic outcomes
