**What's so exciting about this role?**

You will play a critical role in shaping the success of our credit cards business across the ANZ region. This is a portfolio product management role focused on delivering business initiatives and leading various stakeholders in strategic projects that drive business outcomes. This is not a technical feature delivery product manager role. You will also assist in supporting the delivery team on the development of a customer-led product roadmap designed to deliver unrivalled customer experiences.

**What Does an Average Day Look Like?**

Here is an idea of what you can expect to do as a Product and Portfolio Manager for Cards at the **hummgroup**:

- Actively contribute to the management of the Cards P&L and key business drivers to deliver profitable sustainable growth.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders and be a driving force behind the implementation of the Cards strategy
- Support the delivery of key strategic initiatives that deliver profitable outcomes for the business
- Develop and adhere to the project plan, and work closely within your business function and partner with key stakeholders across the business to deliver to the plan
- Work on the product roadmap and support the relevant squads and Product Owners with its delivery
- Ensure we have the best reporting and analysis for the Cards business.
- Work closely with team to support the delivery of both acquisition and spend engagement campaigns
- Be the conduit between the marketing and digital functions and product
- Support the sales functions on specific merchant led initiatives to drive volume through merchants
- Embrace the challenges of the regulatory environment and ensure we never compromise and are compliant.
- Support the Remediation working group on the best technical and customer outcomes

- 3+ years’ experience in product, marketing or operations within financial services (preferred)
- Track record in driving results and delivering against your roadmap
- Experience with Agile preferred
- Previous track record in driving execution through effective prioritisation and stakeholder management
- Strong financial acumen, ability to build business cases and prioritise delivery
- Have the right attitude and loves to operate in a collaborative fashion
- Isn’t afraid to question the way we do things and offer alternate solutions
