**The Opportunity**
This is an influential Survey Manager opportunity within our Building and Construction team in Sydney.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure adherence to company and project specific HSEQ policies and procedures
- Ensure successful execute of the project according to budget and contract requirements
- Develop, coordinate and manage a large high performing project survey team
- Build sustainable and ongoing client relationships resulting in positive, mutually beneficial outcomes
- Actively monitor and review project performance to reduce risk and generate future opportunities
**About You**
- Proven survey experience on large infrastructure projects
- Advanced working knowledge of 12d Model (including 12d Field & 12d Synergy)
- Demonstrated leadership capability with experience in managing and motivating teams
- Demonstrated experience managing project budgets and time-lines
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing client relationships within large complex environments
- Ability to interpret, implement and improve established surveying processes and procedures
