Medical Receptionist and Contact Centre Agent

The role is a **full time position** working Monday to Friday, with shifts between **8am-5:15pm**. We also offer flexible rostering options to work within your availabilities.

Role Overview:
You will be primarily based as a **Contact Centre Agent**, where you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Answering phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
- Booking appointments across our four Canberra clinics.
- Billing knowledge - private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
- Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.

You will also be trained in **Medical Reception**, with responsibilities in this role being:

- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Billing procedures - private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.

What we're looking for:
Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.

Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.

Ability to work at any of our four clinics - Belconnen, Deakin, Woden, and Tuggeranong
