We are thrilled to share that we have an excellent opportunity for a Clinic Manager to cover a **fixed term parental leave** at our beautiful **Charlestown** location. As a Clinic Manager covering for parental leave, you will have a clearly defined timeframe and specific duties. Your primary goal will be to ensure the seamless functioning of the clinic and maintain consistency in the manager's absence.

As the Clinic Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a group of skin enthusiasts, including graduate to senior Skin & Laser Therapists and Cosmetic Medical Professionals. **ROLE**
- Continually assess the performance of each treatment category within the clinic
- Plan and manage staffing requirements of the business to ensure adequate coverage and labour productivity
- Lead the team to deliver on our Customer Value Proposition (CVP)
- Ensure that marketing promotions and campaigns are executed in clinic
- Manage the timely submission and accuracy of all financial areas of the business including payroll, time and attendance and invoice payments

**ABOUT YOU**
- A strong background in retail, sales, people management and leadership (ideally 1-2 years as a store or clinic manager)
- A background in retail, hair and beauty or service industries is highly regarded
- Organised, immaculately groomed, and highly discreet
