**_Responsibilities_**
- Respond to all customer enquiries in a helpful manner across all service platforms.
- Receive and process customer returns as briefed by the Customer Care Manager and Supervisor.
- Communicate in a manner that is consistent with the brand tone of voice to prioritise future sales and customer lifetime value.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills with correct spelling and grammar across all facets of the role.
- Assist in any other functional tasks as requested by the department, such as dispatch and additional delegated service response requests.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge in all enquiries.
- Drive ongoing product understanding and invest in knowledge through the website and peer learning.
- Showcase exceptional technological and procedural understanding and always uphold company protocol.
- Effectively utilise the Shopify platform to print orders, process labels and pick and pack items accordingly.
- Ensure orders are accurately picked and packed with care and attention to detail.
- Facilitate meticulous quality control practices across all orders.
- Gift wrap and package customer orders with care and ensure packaging stations are replenished and full.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and organised workstation.
**_Desired Skills & Expertise_**
- Previous Customer Service experience in an online or retail space
- Desired but not essential; experience in Shopify, Zendesk and Customer Service Software platforms
- Exceptional level of oral and written communication skills.
- Autonomous work ethic, able to complete tasks without supervision.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- High integrity and initiative-led.
