**Due to rapid growth nationally, we are seeking an experienced Property Manager or Real Estate Guru looking to change focus to join our friendly, results-driven Training and Onboarding Team.**

**About the role**

**Reporting into the Senior Training & On-boarding Manager, this training and support role, will be hands-on, giving you the opportunity to work with a variety of Commercial Real Estate clients around Australia and New Zealand.**

**The main duties involve training and on-boarding new clients onto our cloud-based, commercial property management software platform, being the central point of contact throughout the implementation process. You will also provide online or over the phone support and be involved in client demonstrations.**

**Duties**:
**Tasks will include but are not limited to**:

- **training clients on Cirrus8, our software platform either online or in person.**
- **providing initial support to clients using the system.**
- **guiding new clients through the onboarding process. This involves project managing each stage ensuring strong communication throughout.**
- **Completing client demonstrations of the software.**

**About You**:
**To be successful in this role, you should**:

- **be an experienced Property Manager or Trust Accountant**
- **have prior knowledge of a property management software platform and preferably Cirrus8.**
- **thrive working autonomously with multiple projects in a fast-paced business.**
- **display excellent presentation skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and remain calm and courteous under pressure.**
- **be able to explain complex terms and ideas in an easy-to-understand way.**
- **be able to travel anywhere in Australia to provide onsite training and consulting services to customers (if required)**
- **be IT savvy and enjoy assisting clients.**
- **possess a strong work ethic and be willing to pitch in when needed to achieve our shared goals.**

- **Exposure to training others**
- **An understanding of Property Management**
- **Project Management skills**
- **Exposure to the Commercial Property Market
