Overview

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Training & Delivery Lead to join their large-scale technology change program. This role will be central to enabling business adoption across a complex systems and data landscape.

The successful candidate will design, develop, and deliver the end-to-end training program, ensuring all stakeholders are equipped with the knowledge and confidence to adopt new technology and processes. A train-the-trainer model will be used to deliver sustainable capability uplift across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the overall training strategy for a large-scale technology transformation.
  • Design and create engaging training materials tailored to diverse user groups.
  • Implement and manage a train-the-trainer model, coaching business trainers for effective delivery.
  • Facilitate training sessions and manage rollout schedules across multiple business units.
  • Partner with Change, Communications, and Business Leaders to align training with program objectives.
  • Measure training effectiveness and adapt based on feedback and adoption outcomes.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven success leading training and capability uplift in large-scale technology change programs.
  • Strong instructional design and facilitation skills, with expertise in adult learning methods.
  • Experience delivering training in complex systems and data environments.
  • Track record implementing

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.
  • Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Education, Organisational Development, HR, Technology, or related discipline (preferred).
  • Certifications in instructional design, learning & development, or change management (advantageous).
