Commercial Performance Analyst

This role will lead the process, cadence, and method for presenting Premium performance ensuring insights are effectively communicated to stakeholders

**About The Role**

Reporting into the Senior Commercial Manager, the Commercial Performance Analyst is responsible for analysing the commercial performance of the Premium customer cohort and associated service model. You will incorporate business, competitor, and market context to deliver actionable insights that lead to improvements in customer and team experience.

Responsibilities Include:

- Perform financial reporting on Premium performance, identifying trends and insights to improve commercial performance
- Collate, analyse, and interpret data related to Premium customer behaviour, preferences, and performance.
- Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to track segment performance over time.
- Provide insights to enhance customer loyalty, retention, and overall satisfaction.
- Translate data sets into actionable insights that drive decision making.
- Support the creation of presentations and reports for Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Executive meetings.
- Develop and implement a regular process and operating rhythm for performance analysis.

**About You**
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, Excel) and experience in SQL
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and delivering actionable insights.
- 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or commercial analytics role within a digital or technology business (wagering experience is desirable but not mandatory).
- CA or CFA preferred by not essential
